This course provides a practical foundation for planning effective, ethical, and data-informed interventions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Participants will learn how to identify and prioritize socially significant goals, analyze assessment and baseline data, define target behaviors and replacement skills, select appropriate intervention strategies, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. The course emphasizes evidence-based decision-making, functional assessment, measurable goals, intervention procedures, data collection, progress monitoring, and ongoing evaluation. Participants will also learn how to consider individual needs, environmental factors, cultural responsiveness, and ethical considerations when designing and modifying ABA interventions.
