FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
DR. ROBERT M. GOMEZ
Dr. Robert Mapando Gomez is a highly credentialed special education leader and behavior analyst with over 20 years of global experience who earned his Doctorate in Special Education from Southwestern University PHINMA in Cebu, Philippines. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the Florida Institute of Technology and maintains elite professional credentials as an International Behavior Analyst (IBA), Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He founded Little Professors Learning Center in the Davao Region, Philippines in 2010 where he directs international-standard clinical training while currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology at Miriam College.
His extensive career in international school systems includes serving as Head of Student Support Services at Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit in Thailand (2019–2022) and working as an elementary Learning Support Teacher at The American School of Kinshasa (TASOK) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (2022–2025).
Dr. Gomez currently works as a Learning Support Teacher at the International School of Uganda (ISU) in Kampala, where he synthesizes his deep clinical expertise and academic background to advance inclusive education frameworks for neurodivergent students.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
JUNWARD G. SOYOSA
Junward Soyosa is an international learning support specialist with eight (8) years of extensive experience as a special education teacher and behavior specialist, including four (4) years in international school settings providing specialized learning and behavioral support for neurodivergent students. A Licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines, he earned his Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and holds professional certifications as both a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). He is currently expanding his academic foundation through ongoing graduate studies at Miriam College, where he is pursuing a Master of Education majoring in Early Childhood Education.
His international teaching experience features roles in Thailand, Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Having joined LPLC in 2018, he is the organization's longest-serving employee, reflecting his enduring commitment to its mission and continued growth.

Mr. Jun is also a skilled graphic and layout artist, photographer, and digital content designer. He designed and developed the official LPLC website and has led the creation of the organization's branding, visual identity, publications, and community engagement.
