About the Instructor
Junward Soyosa, BCaBA, IBA is a behavior analyst and learning-support professional with experience across Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, and international education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, completed graduate-level training in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology, and holds professional credentials as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA).
Junward has worked in international educational settings in Thailand, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Uganda, supporting students with learning, behavioral, and developmental needs. His professional practice combines behavior-analytic principles with learning-support strategies to promote student access, participation, independence, and meaningful educational outcomes.
His professional interests include behavior-analytic supervision, inclusive education, learning support, ethical ABA practice, evidence-based intervention, and the application of behavior analysis in international school settings. He has also contributed to professional learning and training initiatives for educators and behavior-analytic practitioners.
Junward brings an international and multidisciplinary perspective to supervision and behavior analysis, with experience working across different educational and cultural contexts in Asia and Africa.
